These don’t appear in the search at all, they have a collection size of 0, and there’s no date in either the last or next crawl columns. Aside from cluttering the overview page, I see no negative of having the extra collections listed.

I found a solution to my issue - I found directories with the same name as the collection I was unable to remove within /boithoData/lot/1/1. Removing the directory from there also removes it from the Overview screen.
