I have a NAS which is a simple SMB storage, but doesn’t have any ACL’s attached to the files or folders, only a user login with login and password. File/folder permission as such do not exist on the NAS, there is only user authentication. I have added the NAS share to searchdaimon, and added the specific group from our Active Directory to allow searching that collection. But those users that are attached to the AD group of that collection are unable to search that collection. When I set the collection to public the collection shows up in the search result, but that’s not the situation we want. Any idea on how I can make that collection available to the specified group, without the files and folders in that collection having any ACL attached?
