The format is OU=group,dc=domain,dc=top-domain

For example here at our office we have an Active Directory domain named sdtest2003.local with a group called searchdaimon. Correct LDAPBase to restrict access only to the searchdaimon groups would then be:

OU=searchdaimon,dc=sdtest2003,dc=local

Another option is to restrict access to a specific group on the “Access level” tab for the collections you want to restrict access to. However be aware that this will allow all members of the group access to all the documents, regardless of any underlying security settings on your file server.
