I entered the number 1966 in the serch window and I got this result: Any ideas?

This sounds like a bug. When you get this error, can you add &debug=showxml to the url in your web browser address bare to show the raw xml code for the search result. Then email it to me at rb [att] searchdaimon [dot] com ?

The xml should look something like this: http://demo.searchdaimon.com/webclient2/indexanon.pl?query=oslo&lang=en&debug=showxml

Hi,

I also have this bug, using searchdaimon beta 3.0

The problem seems to be in the search result XMl, missing a double ‘]]>’ sequence for the description tag

eg here is one example:

The extract of the web page that was indexed contains an ampersand, or & which seems to co-incide with the processing fault? here is the extract:

“but I suspect that this is likely to re-occur.

seems like my last post got a bit mangled.. there should be a “&” where the processing probably dies.. see the attached screen grab of the original web page.
